Thorold Hockey Update
Thorold Blackhawks Family,

We hope this message finds you safe and secure during this trying time, as we are concerned with everyone's well-being and miss you all.

Although we do not yet have direction from the OMHA with regards to the upcoming 2020/21 season, the current executive board has begun preparations under the assumption that Hockey will resume as normal in the fall. Ultimately, we will be awaiting directives from the Federal, Provincial and Local Governments as well as Hockey Canada and the OMHA on how to proceed but until then, our focus is to prepare and be ready to hopefully hit the ice in stride.

A number of communications will begin to come forth as we begin to roll out plans for the 2019/20 award presentations and rescheduling of the 2019/20 AGM as well as initiatives for the upcoming season beginning with coaching applications and registration.

We believe that Canada has done a good job of mitigating COVID-19 because as a Hockey Nation we Canadians know what it means to be part of a team. We understand that in order to win, we must play as a team and play our role.

As restrictions are lifted in the near future, please follow the guidelines and continue to be a team player so that we can all see each other in the arenas this fall.

Sincerely,

Thorold Blackhawks Executive Committee
