If you are wishing to obtain a passport for the 2024/2025 Season

Players U12 and above
Note the following guidelines:
- You have the option to try out at the AAA Level, although it is not mandatory.
- Players can try out for either AA or A (not both).
- If they are not offered a spot on the AA or A team, they return home (Home Centre location)
- AA and A teams are limited to accepting only 3 NRP players, and these players cannot try out for another AA or A team if cut
- You may request an NRP (Non-Resident Player) and/or Permission to Skate.
- With an NRP, you can only try out for one team either A or AA. If you opt for AA and do not make the team, you are not able to request another NRP to try out for A or another AA center. Only one NRP per player per year is allowed, as per OMHA rules.
- Registration on our Spordle HC is mandatory before receiving an NRP. Payment is not required at this stage.
- (note : we will consider this your registration (unformal at this time until Spordle is open , must be in good standing to be issued Passports /NRP)
- Ensure you request the correct team and location, as forms are only filled out once and will not be reissued if you change your mind.
- NRP requests will not be processed until the week of the tryouts. Please confirm your team choice before submitting your request
U9, U10, U11
Note the following Guidelines
- You have the option to try out at the AAA Level, although it is not mandatory. (permission to skate)
- Registration on our Spordel registration is mandatory before receiving PTS. Payment is not required at this stage.

THESE FORMS ARE ONLY MADE OUT 1 TIME . THEY WILL NOT BE REISSUED IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
NRP WILL NOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL THE WEEK OF THE AAA TRYOUTS .
WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT IS THE TEAM YOU ARE TRYING OUT FOR
Fill out a separate request form for each player requesting these documents (if you have multiple players in the same residence).
